Innalhamdalillaah today Maimoonah surprised us with this Essay : ) Another milestone by the Mercy of Allaah! This is all by herself except she asked me only one word to spell which was "Walks".
Now this is supposed to be all about her cat. She does not have a stuffed toy cat but she has her favourite stuffed toy "Bunny" which is most of the time her Cat. So all that is written is about her Bunny Cat Stuffed Toy!
Now the latest is she loves writing and this was a big surprise for me because we never studied these words that she has used for spellings. All these words she has picked it up by reading, Allaahu A'lam. Now that she loves writing I have told her to remind me next time we go to the store to get a her nice beautiful Journal type of a notebook and she can write everyday whatever she wants Insha Allaah!

How old was Maimoonah when she started writing the letters? I find Suhailah has issues with curvy- letters like "B"

Jazzakillaah Khayr for everything!
She started writing Capital Letters when she was about 3 or little less than that. Simple letters she writes well only now even though she has issues still. But I guess as time goes writing will come their way. I found her writing has improved a lot after doing those Little Grammar activity books. And I guess all the preschool tracing has helped a lot by the permission of Allaah!

Awwwww mashAllah that is lovely! JazakAllah khayr for sharing it! My youngest has just turned 3 now alhamdulillah....so i am going to be scrolling back to the begining of your blog (again) to get some ideas inshallah. I didn't start home edding my eldest until she was 4 and a half so home edding a 3 year old is completely new!

Umm Khadeejah, I just read your post about Z's learning today. Great masha Allaah. Yes you may just peep at our Pre School Curriculum with corresponding mini work books for each week. You can get some idea there Insha Allaah according to Z's capabilities.
